The real trick to reducing the size of your calves is to use a holistic approach. Focus on decreasing body fat in general through your diet, you must be in a daily calorie deficit to accomplish this. If you’re not sure how much you should be eating every day to be in a calorie deficit, then you first need to calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). You can do that here.
